Disclaimer: This is just a guide to give you an idea of what your coin might grade. Often coins will grade higher on one side vs. the other. In example, it's possible for a coin to grade G4 on its obverse, but grade VG8 on its reverse. Also, this guide is not a claim that one's coin will obtain any grade listed if submitted to a third party grading service.

Roosevelt Dimes with FB or Full Bands on the reverse torch are worth a premium above same grade examples with weakly struck torch bands.

The pictures of the Mint State grades are provided for example only, no way can the upper-grades (MS65-MS69) be determined using images alone. Furthermore, MS60-MS 70 are determined by many factors that just can't be seen in images.

It's important to note that any coin that's MS67 will almost always have a strong strike and toning can be found on most MS grades, but not on MS70 examples.
