This is one cent indian head 1894
Is it a double date ? specialy on the top of number 4 and in the right of number 9?

I believe what you're referring to is a "RPD", or a Re-Punched Date.....

It's fairly common to find these with a ever-so-slight repunching.

Much better images would be needed to attribute this online :ugeek:
