I think this is a 1969s ddo can any one help me these also lettering and numbers on Lincoln face looks to be doubling on the tie and also a Lincolns eye

This is not a 1969-S DDO. please include the denomination of the coin and a vague discription in your title.

I agree, all you have to do is look up the doubled die images and that would show you how obvious this doubled die is.
