Numerous letters on the obverse and reverse are "fuzzy" looking especially along the outer edge. The T in Trust is nearly non-existent, there is a bright area from the base of Washinton's neck up to the right and around the T and the KA in Kansas is similarly fuzzy. Is this considered grease strike through, normal wear or something else?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
