1897 scratched Indian Head w/cut marks vs. 1930-D Cent

#1 Unread post by adikora »

Hello everyone and greetings from Switzerland,
Thanks a lot for your comments and guidelines on how a damaged, scratched coin with cut marks look like. Now, what about this 1930-D Lincoln Penny that shows similar defects to the coin, but is listed as "Major wheat penny cent dual sided error coin damaged die 1930 d Lincoln".
Looking forward to hearing your comments.
Regards,
Andy

Please, one coin per post. Thanks

Coin is not an error, scratches are not errors. People listing coins like this are frauds are have no clue about the minting process at all.

Hi Daniel and Paul,
Thanks a lot for your quick response. It wasn't my intention to post 2 coins in one thread, just for comparison reasons.
