Good morning,
Found this quarter in a rejected Coinstar machine last year.
Is this a type of error? I know it could have been someone destroyed it purposely just want to get an opinion. It has smooth areas and indentations/ characteristics of waffling. : :dunno

PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). If you can think of a way of going out into the garage and using tools to duplicate what you see on a coin, then its most likely post mint damage.
