Hello Daniel, Hello everyone. I'm mixing an introduction and a post all in one.
My name is Catie. Thank you so much for all your videos Daniel. I've been enjoying rusling through my father's old coins none of which have been touched since the mid-90s and mine piled on top of them in a old Amish milk jug. I was never expecting to find anything except the joy in archaeology and the history of it all. Was giving me something to do in this silly solitude.
And so all of this is a humorous hello, with the picture of the one coin I found so far. I apologize for the quality of the picture I don't have an appropriate camera at this time but zoom in and you can see that shelfing I don't think it's double-dyed I think it's that shelving Daniel was talking about in a couple of videos . And I have no idea what the black Gunk was that got on top of it Either that or there was a tiny man with hammer in hand inside that truly disliked Mr. Lincoln . However, in any case... I'm going to buy a tiny fishing pole, glue the penny and the fishing pole to some backing, get a tiny frame and stencil on top of it "The one that got away" .
Again, thanks so much for your instuction and knowledge Daniel.. I'm having a blast looking thru all this, I think I'm hooked ..lol
