General question

#1 Unread post by MontanaB »

Hello everyone. I have a general question about values and wasnt sure where it would fit. I have a small coin collection that I had inherited and am currently expanding. However I have several older silver coins in Littleton coin company cellophane holders that have a condition printed on them. I was wandering if it would harm the value of the coins inside if I were to remove them? Does the cellophane add any value? If not i would like to put them in nicer hard plastic holders as these don't allow you to appreciate the coin very well. I included 2 examples of the types of coins I'm talking about. What do you guys think?

Cello adds NO value it's just a large coin dealer holder.

Thank you very much Daniel
I thought as much after doing some research. It will be nice to get them into proper holders. Just wanted a professional opinion before I tear them open. 😁
