1998 Penny Clipped Planchet?

Is this a clipped planchet? I also noticed that the zinc is not showing on the clipped part. Thanks for your inputs!

This sure looks like what's called a "Straight Clip", as I detect a 'Blakesly' here.
Keep in mind, there are 2 kinds of straight clips. The side of a blanking strip, and the end of a strip ragged clip.

Remember these are "Internet image attributions", as I would need to see the coin firsthand to give a 100% here.
