Is this a real1941proof Lincoln cent or is it a 1941thats been whizzed

This coin has hair line scratches all over it ,in the fields ,on the image,IMO its a regular 1941 trying to be manipulatiled as a proof,any help would be appreciated Ps I hope I'm doing this right ,im not to great with computers

Yeah look how the lines don't go into the words and Lincoln has an unpolished halo around him. That's from wiping with a cloth or cleaning rag. Not quite as harsh as whizzing, but it's polished. Tough, it looked like it had nice detail before that.
