Double die obverse 1911 British India pig coin rupee error have anyone seen this particular ever on this particular coin any info will be greatly appreciated

I don't think it's a doubled die. Just mechanical. You have the varieties correct, and it's Calcutta minted. The value is mostly melt. Maybe a slight collector premium.
