Could this be a 1958-P Doubled Die Obverse?

It looks like it is to me, but I know there are different types of doubling. :?:

No, you would be able to see it without needing a closer look, and they are very rare!

Some of the letters 'In God We Trust'. The 'E' and the 'R' specifically.

If you do not find an EXACT match to your coin listed using this easy method, then you most likely have a damaged coin or other issues like (non collectable) machine doubling, die deterioration doubling, etc. (look these up at error-ref.com)
