1886 Morgan dollar Can the tarnished look be removed?

I just freed a Morgan dollar from a neck peice and now I don't know what's the next step, I know I have to get the glue off but I don't know what to do with the tarnishing, can I get some help from anyone please and thank you :pray:

this coin here has been harshly cleaned and polished, there is no saving of it.

I agree. Although the glue likely will come off if soaked for a minute (or less) in pure acetone.
