1985 P Quarter double rim error?

Thanks for checking this out. I'm fairly new to the hobby and this quarter thats given me a little bit of a hard time determining if its an error and if so what type of error. I do notice on a lot of 1985 quarters that there are a lot of double rim misaligned dye errors so I'm wondering or assuming that's what this is but I want to double check.

When you have a coin this circulated and marked up it is not going to be worth anything extra looking like this. I recommend not spending too much time trying to figure coins that look a little different. Look for varieties and obvious and dramatic errors like you find on error-ref.com.

possible struck through grease..... no additional value above face value in this condition.
