1946 s wheat penny looks like a dime, it has 84.88 copper, 9.81 cadmium, 5.07 zinc and 0.23 chromium, it weighs 3.082.
It has rainbow toning and the top of the O of the one is missing.

A very strongly plated coin, I'm surprised that you managed to detect the cadmium, zinc, and chromium.

It doesn't look anything like a dime, it looks like a plated wheat cent and you should be weighing coins before jumping to any conclusions. If it doesn't weigh a dime weight, and weighs within mint specifications for a cent, then you know it's a plated cent.

It weighs within mint specifications for a copper cent, but this one is plated, the top of the O is common to be missing, the opposing side is much higher relief and sometimes the dies are not dialed in exactly. You have a plated and damaged coin.
