Did the Philadelphia mint ever receive San Francisco cents?
Hello I was wondering if anyone has ever seen Philadelphia 1969 cent with a faint S mint mark on it. It almost looks like it was removed from the mint due to the even surface.
Thank You ͠✭͠✰͠✰͠•͠T͠ᙓ͠᙭͠ᗩ͠S͠•͠ᘜ͠ᖇ͠I͠ᑎ͠ᘜ͠O͠•͠✰͠✰͠✭

There is a circle over the S that is a lighter color like it was polished off.

This is not a mint mark, it's a mark on the coin that your eyes are making an S shape out of, it doesn't look like any mint mark to me. No to your question. It would be a San Francisco mint either way, even if the S mint mark was struck through grease or goop.
