1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.

2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.

3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.

4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.

5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.

Coin looks like a double error, but I can’t get focused photos
My hands are not steady. I need to get an iPhone (11) table stand.

What’s a best equipment for taking coin photos?

Hello coinaholic friends.
My hands are not steady. Other words I have annoying shaky hands. My photos are awful.
I need something to take photos remotely with an iPhone stand for closeups.
Any recommendations? Thank you.

Hey M, I am using a combination of either an ANACS shipping box and or a Selfie ring box, I just set the phone on them, have it overhang, and click away.

I'm not really referring to blurryness but more like pixilation, may you need to turn the resolution up on your phone, I use a note ten and it really takes some nice shots, I also have a microscope app, this app is great, it actually allows me to capture the "LIBERTY" across the forehead of Liberty on a Barber Half.

Here is what I mean in your Photo
