Does anyone know anything about bicentennial coins? I opened a roll of quarters to find this interesting coin. Anbody have an idea to its value or perhaps some information about it. I would appreciate any knowledge you have about it any way.

This coin exhibits some severe physical damage only
It is NOT a "Parking Lot Coin"
It's only worth $0.25
