Hello again Daniel. Im JJ.
Truly i got the SBA coin from my bank and it was all the same coin SBA 1979 new and from brandt sealed bankroll of 40 coins inside.
Around here stores say never heard of 40 in a coinroll much less wisconsin.
So before i spent the last 10 i found this awesome coin.
What is it?

It's struck through grease and that is common on coins. Don't know why you posted and image of an acid dipped Roosevelt Dimes.
