195? Penny Inquiry

#1 Unread post by JAMM » Wed Nov 06, 2019 1:02 pm

Good afternoon,
I came across this coin while searching through some rolls of penny's. The last number in the date is illegible, and obviously the coin has been damaged. The question I have is regarding the coins weight of 2.4grams...?
Any help or advice would be appreciated!
Images included, thank you in advance
Ashley
