Missing Layers or toned coin ? Also grooved out middle layer

Hello everyone. For about a month now I've been getting the opinion about this 1965 Dime from Daniel. It has 3 questionable problems and I more or less just wanted to post it and get some feedback as well. One it appears to be missing a layer on both sides. It doesn't look like toning, especiallt on a 1965 dime? secondly, it appears to have something going on with the letters on the Reverse E. Puribus Unum. The tops of the letters are jagged. 3rd, There is a what qpperas to be an upsetting Rim Error causing a groove on the side. The inside of the groove is reeded, it it was post-mint, it wouldn't have a reed. I would like some more feedback and some Expert Contact info. to have someone examine it. Here are the Pics:
