I have looked over this example soo many times.
obverse:
I can see that possibly some of the missing letters in Liberty and the last digit of the date can be a struck through.
If zoomed into the 9 in the date, there seems to be doubling. Also over the head of Lincoln it appears to have two outlines of the hair line and the shoulder / back area. Also, something weird on the ear.
Many of the other letters on the revers appear completely deformed as in 'IGWT'
Reverse:
There appears again to have some deformed lettering in e p u and then again some doubling on 'ONE CENT'
I would really appreciate opinions of what caused these conditions and what kind of designation if any this would given and also opinion of the date. I have super zoomed in with usb camera and I think it is 1953.
thanks so much in advance to any one who would reply. This is my first question posted and I look forward to hearing from the community.

this is a coin that slid across something like the pavement and polished after the damage is done, nothing in the minting process can cause such results.

This coin is damage by either heat or acid, so not a mint error.

It is post mint damage. It reminds me of the coins I used to experiment on with my Dad's wire wheel when I was a kid. Pushing on it really hard would blur the details just like this.
Common grading company shortcomings & resulting co$tly mi$take$ to collectors (using Kennedy No FG halves):

And that is why we want people to read error-ref.com website, it will show you what all mint errors look like and how they happen.
