PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). A double " Eye" ? The rim ? Please explain things in detail and isolate area with good Pics for us to be able to help you . Thanks .

I may see something weird with the rim from the Date to the Motto on the obverse (From 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock), but the photos are blurry enough for me to be not 100% sure.

Can there be better photos to see better on the where the problem area is?

I can confirm an oddity with the edge on the Rim that is visible on the Obverse.
