Hey brad, can you give us a couple shots at an angle ? Is the line raised ? Explain please . I'm leaning towards a scratch only based on this one sub-par Pic. Don't forget to crop the pics . Sorry.

Is it raised or incuse? If raised it would be a good bet for a Die Crack

I don't think its scratch its raised up and there is looks like a weld job

As Daniel said, and taking into account the fuzzy pics, you likely have a delamination error here in President Lincoln. The description of the line above LIBERTY as a weld (I like that description - makes sense!) makes me think die crack as well.

With the improved close-up recently added, I was wondering if it might be delamination-related, but don't feel experienced enough yet to offer such an opinion. Have been waiting for one of the site experts to weigh-in. Thanks, Paul...

I would say that this delamination is too minor for any premium here…JMO
