When you see the copper color is it fading through is it a thin clad or is it toning?

I agree.
Again you need to work on what you are posting for your coins. You really need to get into the habit of posting full photos of the Obverse and Reverse. In this type of question we really have no way of knowing if there is a problem unless we can see full photos. As Paul mentioned on one your previous posts Stop using high magnification. Until you learn what a doubled die looks like along with what can and can not happen to a coin at the mint. Personally you should stop using the microscope until you have learned and know totally everything I just stated you should learn. It took me around 4 years before I fully understood and had learned enough to actually understand what was what (along with being told, I am trying to hard numerous times), to get where I am today.

Copper won't bleed through. So, as you guessed, just toning.
