It's a Philadelphia mint and that mint didn't put a mint mark on these coins or most coins for that matter. It would be under the bow. What you have is a Barber dime worth around $3 to $4 in this condition.

Re: 1906 dime for got what the name its called
No mintmark existed on Philly coins until at least 1980 on Half Dollars, Quarters, Dimes & Nickels . . .
The 2017-P Penny had the 'P' mintmark to celebrate the 225th year as Operating U.S.A. Mint

That is totally up to you. No one can say keep it or let it go. If it something you like keep it. If you don't like the coin or feel you don't want to keep it, get rid of it.

Cleaning coins almost always ruins the collectible value. You really have to know what you are doing and it takes experience. In the worn condition this coin was in, not much harm could have been done.stevesherrill wrote: ↑Mon May 10, 2021 3:54 pm ok thank you a guy just cleaned it for me at a coin place should i hold on to it or what
Most people who know little about coins think making a coin shiny makes itmore valuab;e. Nothing could be further from the truth and many coins are ruined this way.

Amen to that, Earle. This 1893-S Barber quarter from another recent thread is a good example:Earle42 wrote: ↑Mon May 10, 2021 8:40 pmCleaning coins almost always ruins the collectible value.
