Understanding how coins are made helps in situations like this. Ii is impossible for a single nickel to be made with a leaning pillar as many coins are made form the same die, which in turn was made (with many duplicates) off of a master die.The left one appears to be leaning...
A grease filled die in that area (from die polishing) can remove details and is not "special" since it can happen easily and often....and the right one appears to have part of it missing.
