1968 proof dime broad struck?

Excuse my ignorance, I picked up a couple sets of proofs today and while skimming through them i found this 68 dime that seems to be broad stuck. or at least thats the best definition could find. The pics are not the best because its still in holder. Thanks

That is a very strongly struck coin, Proofs are struck very hard & twice for the best detail, that's why the Rim's of proofs are thicker than Circulation strikes . . .
