i am just curious to know if this would be considered nice enough to be graded. There is a very fine scratch on the obverse startin at the I and going through lincons eye to the edge of the coin.

I would not send this coin to be graded.
It is worth 1 Cent. For most modern coins thy have to get a high grade to cover grading fees.
But It is up to you if you want to get it graded.

If you are looking for coins to get graded as a way to make money, please look into Daniel's videos. Even experienced coin dealers cannot make mountains of cash by getting coins graded, and they will tell you using grading companies is a gamble. The companies use no scientifically verifiable method to grade/slab the coins. Coin grading companies will tell you grading coins is an art. So getting consistently high enough grades for profit is not going to happen on a regular basis.

in fact a coin can be broken out of a slab, resubmitted to the same company, and not get the same grade again.

Before getting a coin slabbed you need to find the grade that the specific coin needs to be graded to het a high price for it, figure out the price it will cost to get them slabbed by researching on the company websites (and look for hidden costs like membership fees to use their service), figure in any selling costs you would incur, and see if you will make a profit.
Common grading company shortcomings & resulting co$tly mi$take$ to collectors (using Kennedy No FG halves):
