#1 Unread post by Gustavo D »

Hi guys!
I would like to know what currency I have in my hand? I'm studying to know better about the variations they have, but I don't have the experience of you to identify what it is, I have difficulty knowing what mintmark D / O is this and if it can be a double die?

Good afternoon Paul!
Thank you for answering my posts, as I said I have doubts about the coins and unfortunately I cannot become an expert in such a short time, I come here to find clear answers about my doubts.
I want to know if it is possible for it to be a double die, that's why so many images, but I already understood that they are minor mistakes and are worthless coins!
Thank you for helping me to understand more about the history of American currencies, I believe that all the others I have must be common mistakes too!

I agree. You are spending way too much time and energy looking for things which are not collectable mint errors or valuable. Using the website Daniel mentioned will give you a much better idea of what collectors value.
