Lamination peel 2015 north carolina statehood quarter

I got this 2015 North Carolina statehood quarter that has some lamination peel on the obverse..and I wanted to get any info on the value on this coin if any..

Hello and Welcome ! What I see id possibly some old tape on the coin . PMD unless remove carefully . It's a spender .

It has tape on it, peel it off.
