2019 Lincoln Shield Cent- Die Chip in Date

Looking through a box and was checking against the DDO when I saw what appears to be a die chip on the 9 in the date. Firstly, would love to get confirmation of such and secondly, would it add any type of value to the coin? Looked over on Cuds-On-Coins and found no reference to this and just looking for some feedback.

Something this small is fun to find, but no real added value .
