I see doubling on the 3 on the date I see doubling in united states and doubling in One Cent

I think what you may be seeing, is called "reflect doubling"... Possibly?
There also may be some slight "mechanical doubling"... :dunno

using this set up that you have, (I'm assuming you're using a USB microscope), and with the same lighting scenario, "spin" the coin while you are viewing it, and see if this doubling fades in and out.
