NGC blew that one, it's a plating blister and they can be all sizes. JB was fooled by NGC fancy term for this. I recommend you post this at Lincoln Cent Resource Forum and ask them for a second opinion. Not all Youtube videos get it correct. JB is a good and honest guy but even I make mistakes in my videos.
