Whoever you're thinking of submitting this coins to, go to their price guide and look this coin up. PCGS and NGC have price guides, then look at their membership fees and grading fees.

I saw this chip on the reverse near the second (a) in America the chip kinda matches the chip removed from rim like a rim fragment?

That looks like a strand of hair magnified under a microscope, in my opinion
