1992 D 1 Cent Missing Copper Plating
1992 D 1 Cent Missing Copper Plating. I kinda suspect that this coin just has post mint damage but I’m not an expert in mint errors so I wanted to get a second opinion.

Post Mint Damage. There's a way to remove the Copper layer exposing the Zinc layer.
