1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.
3. Images should be taken by a camera or cell phone camera, we ask that members don’t use images through a microscope screen.
4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. Proof prodution,.
Hello community.I know that the Philadelphia mint and the San Francisco mint till this day only the San Francisco mint produced proofs. My question is has Denver ever produced proof coins? For circulation or sets

I admit modern stuff is not my thing, so someone correct me please if I am wrong.
I think The West Point mint is being used to sometimes make special edition proofs that are included in some proof sets.

Hello and thank you for your help.i posted the post about proof production in the errors forus because the proof that I have is said to me to be a very rare and valuable proof error memorial cent u see I have a double error proof I've been told it's a discovery coin,./ a specimen /wrong die/ ETC. no one can classify this coin because there is no record of the cent ever being minted at the Denver mint and that it's the only one known to exist a rare valuable error proof . I have a 1969D/D (Proof) Graded at a (PR67-RD) Denver mint proof memorial cent. Now I was told Denver never mented proofs in 1969D only business strikes for circulation and (SMS) sets and that all proof from 1968(S) untill this day the San Francisco mint, mints proofs and from (1968-2021)should all have (S) mint mark and some how this (1969D/D proof was minted at the Denver mint and put into circulation. I found this coin in pocket change not out of mint sets or proofs I found it in circulation,I had I graded and I came back as a100 percent Proof) not (PL) I was told it fell under many different verieties ,errors, and it the only Kno known making it very valuable errors cent. A (1969D over D error proof memorial cent) I've had for bout 7 years

I don't think he is asking about a certain coin, but just a question. No coin needed if that is the case.
