4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. We need better images here. I am not seeing a doubled die in any of these images.

Re: 1979 D Washington Quarter having both DDO and DDR
We need specifics. We do not examine coins looking for errors, but will be happy if you give specifics (such as where you see the doubling) to help you know if it is a true doubled die or not and, if not, help explain why. Please make a new thread so we can help.
Sorry, your topic was locked b/c forum posting guidelines were not followed. Please review the following:
Posting guidelines
Every post starting a new thread with a question about a coin must contain:
1. A meaningful title describing the SPECIFIC thing on your coin you are asking about.
- Vague questions like “Tell me if you see an error,” or just, “1989 penny” will be locked and you must make a new post/thread.
2. Only one coin per topic
3. A full OBV and full REV picture of the coin as well as a picture (pictures) specifically what you are asking about (if applicable).

On the obverse you can see doubling in the date, motto, liberty and also in Washington's ear and chin. On the reverse side you can see doubling in United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, leaves, quarter dollar. I do have new pictures which I cropted to help you determine. Thank you!

Still difficult to see.
Go here and use this whenever you think you have doubled die. Find which one your coin matches in the pictures. It must be an exact match:
Immediate Answers - How to find your Doubled Die or RPM online
If you do not find it there using this easy method, then you most likely have a damaged coin or other issues like (non collectable) machine doubling, die deterioration doubling, etc. (look these up at error-ref.com)
