MUST SEE 2005 P Dime with some odd size and no edging

I have a 2005 P dime that's small than any other dime out there looks like it was struck on a different planchet. not sure if there is another one like it. I WILL POST THIS DIME OH AND IT WEIGHTS THE SAME AS ANY OTHER DIME I WILL POST A 2021 DIME AS WELL SO YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE. FIRST COUPLE OF PHOTOS WILL BE THE ERROR DIME

The pics make it look like the rim is not higher than the design, is this true?
If so its not spooned. It could be one of these:
