It is not be a RPM. I think the date was 1989 when they started placing the mint mark on the Master Hub. As such no more RPM or OMM.

As I stated before, it is not and can not be a RPM. The rest is Die Deterioration

The mint mark, being a D, was engraved into the die. There is a tiny "post" sticking up on the die which makes the "hole" for the D.

It appears this post had some damage to it through usage (not very uncommon and adds no value), and part of the post was broken off. So every coin made thereafter had a partial hole in the D.

The mark on the cheek appears, in the picture (subjective) to be a small delamination issue (no value).

The small area around the date appearing to be doubled looks like it could be die deterioration doubling.

Please look at error-ref.com for pics and idea of non-errors and collectable coin errors (and non-errors) as it will help you ID others you find. :)

Nothing that is not normally found on coins on a regular basis. None of these are errors but die deterioration and circulation marks.
