PCGS Submission Help

I am new to modern coin collecting and have 2021 Morgan and Peace dollars that I would like to send to PCGS for grading. The instructions on the PCGS website submission help say to send the coins in flip holders but I'm nervous about taking them out of the mint capsule they came in. I've sent new coins to PCGS in the past but they were First Strike and I just sent the sealed US Mint package. Any help/advice on the best way to package and ship my coins is much appreciated!
