Currency is really hard to grade, but I think its VF

Beside looking at the note, I've learned that describing the characteristics of the note is also very important ( ie: folds,tears,is it crisp or worn, spots etc. ) . Here's a basic grading chart : https://oldcurrencyvalues.com/gradingcurrency/ Good luck . As Far as Value goes, would have check some sites.

Ebay sold auctions are best for currency values and this note looks more EF than VF.
