$5 printing error??

#1 Unread post by shredwear » Sun Dec 29, 2019 2:22 pm

Hi, new to this forum. I came across a US $5 bill with what looks like a printing error on the back. No errors on the front. I have been comparing this to another of the same year. I can't quite make out what has been printed across the back. It may be the front of a bill. Any help would be appreciated. Is there any value to this bill?

Badly stained note that is damaged and not an error.
