Best individual retail site has to be Joe Sermarini's
"Website" doesn't really convey what it is. More like a community and knowledge base combined: not only a catalog of coins for sale, but a full encyclopedia of classical numismatic topics written by members, also hosts numerous specialized educational websites on coins (mostly ancient) created by members
