TY e1 for help, time&advice.
I decided 2grade this coin.
Joined CONECA & NGC
Now my problem is understanding the "Tier" options
What would b my best selection?
Per coin? Or per lot of coins?
This forum is all new2me. I have a good idea of what each coin is worth by researching grandpa's collection4over a year w/YouTube, Red Book 2020, Strick It Rich 2020, CherryPickers Guide 2020, Great Collections and now this forum.
But ready2sell them now, they doing no good4any1 by just sitting here collecting dust.
But do not understand how2choose a "Tier" I need2choose from 2have NGC grade/slab/or whatever else they all want2call this process.
I have stayed clear of eBay due2it was more confusing 2me and just seemed as if e1 wanted2sell u anything4much more than it's worth. I've tried eBay's sold list but wasn't much help2me either.
Do I proceed with just Proofs 1st?
Circulation coins w/errors&varieties?
Or go back thru them all&pull out the most sought after, and most valuable coins?
I tried local coin shops but they seem2only want2give u the price of metal content@a reduced price, not as the rarity of the coin or its variety, so have lost lots of money going that way. :(
Plz help me by telling me how u would proceed2 liquidate and which "Tier" u would use 2get more
bang4my coins.
Then when the coins r graded where do I go2post them on auction?
Don't want2sell them on eBay I want them up4auction.
Is Heratage Auction the best route?
And how do I get there from here?
Thank u all 4ur time, patience, help and advice on my delima. :) <3

Re: 1971 S Eisenhower 40%Silver DDO/pegleg R variety
Your dilemma is not taking it one step at a time, if NCG doesn't list that DDO or if it isn't a DDO then it will not be put on the label. You should always have your varieties verified and listed before sending them to be graded. Most coins are not worth the grading fees.
