I found a 1999-D Roosevelt Dime Last year that has what it looks like a double rim on the obverse side near the word "LIBERTY", is that a valuable mint error?
(No photos because the quality of the camera I have is poor)

Like they say , " No Photo's or it doesn't exist " Seriously , we will help you but you need to at least provide us with at least a pic. in focus . I will to try to fix it with an editing program. Don't worry , just give it a try .

Like sal said, No photos, it doesn't exist. But a slight off-center which makes it appear to have a "double rim" Is very common. it is not worth anything over 10 cents, but still a cool coin to keep.
