Please check PCGS price guide and also how much is cost to have a coin graded.

If i had condition rarity, gold and/or silver, i would use NGC. For common date low-end coins, i would use ANACS since they are cheaper.

Keep in mind, that is important to understand "What" coin grading is…
… & "Why" coins are 'graded'…

My gotcoins: here
Coins are encapsulated for only 4 reasons:
1. Long-term storage
2. Authenticity
3. Variety Attribution
4. Proof Designation
