Re: Svenska armens p8 (1941)
Looks Swedish to me. This was based on a quick search of the words Svenska armens . It's hard to research because most of it is in their language . I did come to find out that it's the military changing of the guards . That's all I know except the .925 symbol which generally means
A “925” Mark Is Usually Stamped on Gold Vermeil. So, if your gold piece is marked with a “925” stamp, what you have is likely gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may). This is the name used to denote silver jewelry covered with a thin layer of gold.

Re: Svenska armens p8 (1941)
it is a medal that is awarded for approved shooting in the Swedish army. medals made before World War II are made of silver 925, P8 stands for the year 1940. SPORR stands for sporrong, a well-known medal manufacturer. probably plating in brass. I have found this info on Swedish pages, I have only summarized and translated. hope it answers your questions.
