I cannot ID the design for you. However, my first impression from the pictures is that it is one of the many replicas sold to tourists.
That *may* have been a Ptolemaic (ancient Egyptian) coin, but it has been severely tooled. The legend would have originally read PTOLEMAIOY BASILEUS (with greek characters instead, of course). Ir could also be a modern replica. If it was ancient, the tooling removes any sort of collector value, sorry.
