4. Always start your own topic, please don’t ask about your coin or post your coin in someone else’s coin topic.
5. Do not send private messages about your coin unless an Admin ask you too and the same for sending emails through the board.
6. No spam. Do not post any links to your coin or other non-coin websites.
7. Always be respectful even if something makes you upset or you don’t agree with a member. You can always get a second opinion elsewhere. If you have an issue then politely ask an admin in an PM. Found my first!
Evening, community. I was able to successfully obtain $20 (not a full box because bank limit of only $20 in any transaction without account, talk about kid disadvantages!) in cents from my local Wells Fargo bank. Like any other CRH’ers out there, couldn’t resist the urge not hunting them, so I started cracking into the rolls. A few common wheaties, some 59’s, coppers... your common everyday finds. Until-( picture 1 )you see what I’m seeing here? The ninth coin in?
It’s a Canadian 1932 KG 5 small cent!( picture 2#3 )
It’s my first ever found in circulation! seen some Canadian CRH videos, I know how hard it is to find one of these in Canada, so what’s the odds of finding one here in Nevada? Ain’t complaining on this one for sure! Best of luck and HH! ( sorry for horrible photos, don’t have setup)

Re: Found my first!
My Grandfather had penny changers in his laundromats in the late 50s though early 60s. He never found a Canadian cent older than 1937 (King Geo. VI). In fact he only ever found one or two King Geo V coins total (a few dateless quarters and dimes).
While I was a kid in the 60s and early 70s, we were used to Canadian change mixed in with US change in our pockets. And although I put together an entire set from 1937 and up, I also never found any King Geo. V pennies (or any other coin denomination)!
So finding your King Geo. V cent nowadays, and as far from the border as you are, certainly seems almost miraculous from my viewpoint! Congratulations. I think I would frame it LOL!
